Azonto Intensive with E-Flex [GH]

We’re welcoming Ghanaian Azonto dancer, educator and choreographer E-Flex to Copenhagen for a five-session intensive exploring the roots, foundations and evolution of Azonto.

Across the five sessions, we’ll explore the history and essence of Azonto, go back to its foundations and work with groove, flow, variations, musicality and movement vocabulary.

The final session will focus on personal expression – bringing together what you’ve learned and exploring your own way of moving.

The intensive is designed as a space to explore the style beyond simply learning steps – building a stronger understanding of the movement, the culture and the ideas behind the dance style.

All levels are welcome.
